Hello everyone, it is an honor to introduce the first “Picture of the Month” segment to you all! This month, we are starting off strong with a throwback picture of Nolan “Big Haus” Glaus.
When first taking a glance at this picture, you may ask yourself: “Haus, why in the world are you wearing a cow onesie?” The only explanation I can think of is that Nolan is a man of the land. He lives by his means and that’s good enough for him. If we were to take Nolan and nine other people and put them in a real world survival situation, who is surviving? I have the answer for you: Nolan. Veteran blue collar workers shutter when he walks onto the job site, and you would too.
The next question that needs to be answered pertains to the elegant pose that Nolan has positioned himself in. When seen in the halls, it is easy to make assumptions about Nolan based on his striking stature and fierce reputation on the football field. I believe this picture provides us with an inside look into the boy he really is. After reviewing the facts, it is clear to me that Nolan was, in fact, dreaming about his former days as a top kids beauty pageant prospect, thus resulting in his Vogue-esque pose.
Clearly, this gem of a picture is not only hilarious, but also surprisingly informational. I say this because after much reflection, I have been able to dust off the façade and uncover the true multi-faceted personality of the great Nolan “Big Haus” Glaus.
